Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital web presence packages, technical SEO audits, branding stationery designs, and inbound marketing services provided by Sarvasv Technologies Private Limited (operating under the brand pagr.in).

2. Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your order by submitting a written notice to [email protected].
• Pre-Initiation Window (Up to 7 Days): If cancellation is requested 7 days or more before project initiation, a 100% refund of advance payments will be issued.
• Post-Initiation Cancellation: Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to project initiation or after work has officially commenced are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility & Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval. Statutory taxes (such as 18% GST) paid to government authorities prior to cancellation notice will be handled per applicable Indian GST credit note regulations.

4. Non-Refundable Scope & Deliverables

• Domain name registration fees and third-party web hosting purchases.
• Custom design proofs, logo collateral, or code repositories handed over to the client.
• Physical print stationery once sent to press or dispatched.
