Customer Terms of Service

This document is an electronic record in terms of The Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. Further, this electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

These Customer Terms of Service (the “Customer Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using our online platform, web development, technical SEO, digital marketing, and branding services (the “Services”). Please read them carefully.

Binding Contract

These Customer Terms form a binding legal contract between Customer and Sarvasv Technologies Private Limited (“We,” “Our,” or “Us”), the owner and operator of pagr.in.

Services, Fees & GST Taxes

Services are procured via our website checkout interface, interactive forms, or Order Forms entered into between Customer and Us. Payments must be made in advance as specified per tier. All package rates are listed in INR and are subject to + 18% GST applicable, which shall be calculated and billed at checkout per statutory requirements.

Refund & Fulfillment Policies

Use of our services is governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy (100% refund up to 7 days prior to project initiation; non-refundable post-initiation) and our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Intellectual Property

Customer Data: Customer retains ownership of all Customer Data submitted. Customer grants Us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and maintain the Services.

Our Platform & Branding: We retain all ownership rights, patents, copyrights, and intellectual property rights in pagr.in, our platform, engine tools, and underlying code components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by Customer during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The Contract shall be governed exclusively by the internal laws of New Delhi, India. The courts located in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
